Walking Billboard (walkingbillboard.ai) is run by MILO GG, LLC ("we"). It is a marketplace: a person lists a t-shirt, companies bid for logo space on it, the person wears it. Using the site means you agree to what follows. Questions: milo@milo.gg.

Terms

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and sign in with a real LinkedIn (or X) account that is yours. One person, one listing at a time. We can refuse or remove any listing or bid that we think is abusive, misleading or illegal, without owing anyone an explanation.

If you list a tee ("wearer")

Listing costs a one-off $19, charged when you publish. It is not refunded. You set your own price per square centimetre; companies pay that price or more for the space they take. When bidding closes we pay you what was raised minus our 10% fee, through Stripe, into the Stripe account you connected. Stripe's own payout timing and fees apply.

In return you agree to actually wear the tee where you said you would, post at least one photo of yourself wearing it, and not alter or cover the printed logos. If you do not, we can withhold the payout and refund the companies. You can refuse any logo before bidding closes; a refused company gets its money back. Logos you have not reviewed by the time bidding closes count as approved.

The t-shirt itself is printed by by.robocloth and shipped to the address you give us. The garment is yours to keep.

If you bid ("company")

A bid is a purchase, charged in full immediately. Your logo goes on the tee right away. If someone later outbids you for the same space (at least 10% more), you are refunded automatically, minus the card processing fee Stripe keeps, which we do not get back either. If the wearer refuses your logo you are refunded the same way. If your bid stands when bidding closes, it is final and there is no refund.

You must own or have the right to use the logo you upload. No logos that are illegal, hateful, sexual, or that impersonate someone else. You are buying a spot on a garment worn by an independent person; we do not guarantee reach, impressions, photos, or that the person shows up where they said. If a wearer does not hold up their end, we refund you and that is the extent of our liability.

Money, generally

All payments run through Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. Prices are in US dollars. We are a marketplace, not a party to the deal between wearer and company, and our liability to anyone is limited to the amounts they paid us in the previous 90 days.

The site

The site is provided as is. We may change it, pause it or shut it down. We may change these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Disputes are handled under the laws of the state where MILO GG, LLC is registered.

Privacy

What we collect

From LinkedIn or X when you sign in: your name, email address, profile photo, and account id. That is what the sign-in gives us; we do not read your posts or connections.

What you type: your follower count, headline, LinkedIn URL, the logo you upload, where you plan to wear the tee, your shirt size and, for wearers, the shipping address for the printed tee. For companies: company name, website, email and logo.

Payments: handled by Stripe. We store Stripe's reference ids, never card details. Wearer payouts go through Stripe Connect, where Stripe collects the identity and bank details it needs directly from you under Stripe's privacy policy.

Visits: we count page views ourselves, without cookies and without storing IP addresses. Each visit becomes a one-way hash that expires daily, so we can see how many people looked at a page but not who. There are no advertising trackers and we do not sell data.

What we use it for

Running the marketplace: showing your listing, taking bids, sending you the emails that go with it (a bid came in, you were outbid, bidding closed, your tee is on its way), paying you, and printing and shipping the tee. We also send the relevant details to by.robocloth to print and ship, and to Stripe to move money. Nothing else.

What is public

Your listing page is public: your name, photo, headline, follower count, LinkedIn link, the tee, the logos on it and what was paid for them. Company names and logos are public on the tee and on the Companies page. Email addresses and shipping addresses are never public.

Cookies

One cookie, which keeps you signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Email milo@milo.gg to see, correct or delete what we hold on you. We delete it unless we have to keep a payment record for tax reasons. You can disconnect the app from your LinkedIn or X settings at any time.

Where data lives

On servers in the United States (Railway for the site and database, Stripe for money, Resend for email, Stack Auth for sign-in).
